Asian Cooking Day
You and your family and friends are invited to Shiada's demonstration of traditional Asian cooking, after which will all then have a go ourselves at making pekoras, samosas, dahl and chapatis before sitting down to eat our delicious food as an evening meal.
Sunday 26th February 2012, 2pm - 8pm
Taunton Sunday School, Taunton Road, Ashton under Lyne OL7
You will need to bring camp stoves and gas as well as cooking utensils. A full list will be given when you book, the food will be provided.
Please arrive from 2pm for a cup of tea and to get your cooker etc set up. The demonstration will start at 2.30pm.
Cost £10 for adults, young people £5.
Please note there won't be the usual separate play / hanging out space for young people so ideally everyone coming in the afternoon will participate.
It will also be possible for you to come just for the meal, watch this space for details of times and cost, we haven't got that far yet.
Booking Please book by Friday 24th February so that we know how many to buy ingredients for. Similarly, if you need to cancel please do so by Friday. Jane's going to the Asian supermarket on Saturday morning to get all the stuff.
