Book online for DCN 2010

You can now book on-line for Dance Camp North.

We need to collect important information to complete the booking process, so please complete as much as possible on the following forms.
There are 3 separate forms to complete. Firstly we collect information abouit yourself, and any other adults in your family. On the second page we collect information about any children you will be bringing. On this page we calculate any discounts for families or early payment you are entitled to.
On the third page we collect contact information and check the mebership arrangements for the adults. Finally the booking is confirmed with a summary and total amount. You can go back from one page to another as you book, but some information may be lost, when you go forwards again.

Discounts

Early payment discounts of 10% are automatically calculated on your whole payment if you pay before June 15th 2010, and 5% before July 15th.
Family discounts are automatically calculated for large failies (with 2 parents) £410 or small families (with one parent) £235. These are only available when adults pay the full price.
